Quentin Crowe FCIM, MA s a strategic marketing consultant specialising in marketing leadership training and customer-experience driven branding. He is also an executive coach, mentor, and trainer. Quentin has over 30 years marketing experience in the insurance, sports and education sectors, with over 20 years at director level. He was the first marketing director in the Lloyd’s managing agency community before setting up his own businesses. Quentin founded the Marketers Forum in 2004 providing consultancy and training services. Quentin has worked with over 1600 organisations as diverse as Barclay Bank, Chelsea Football Club, Coca Cola and Deloitte. Quentin has developed bespoke training programmes for clients in the asset management, banking, professional services, event-management and construction sectors. He has also spoken at conferences in Europe, Asia and Africa. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Strategy.
